1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using All City Appliance Repair's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
All City Appliance Repair provides professional small appliance repair services throughout Rhode Island. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of kitchen appliances such as coffee makers, microwaves, blenders, toasters, air fryers, and other small household appliances.
3. Service Agreement
Estimates and Approval
Before performing any repair work, we will provide you with a written estimate. Work will only commence after you have approved the estimate and authorized the repair.
Warranty
All repair work is covered by a 90-day warranty on both parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts used in the repair. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about appliance problems and operating history
- Ensure clear access to the appliance for repair work
- Follow proper operating instructions for repaired appliances
- Contact us promptly if problems arise with repaired appliances
- Pay for services in accordance with agreed terms
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of repair work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For parts orders or extensive repairs, a 50% deposit may be required.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may incur a service charge.
6. Limitation of Liability
All City Appliance Repair's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Damage to appliances beyond normal wear and tear
- Loss of food, personal items, or other contents
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Damage due to improper use or maintenance
- Pre-existing issues not identified during initial diagnosis
7. Use of Website
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or impair the website or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the website.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of All City Appliance Repair and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
