1. Our Service Guarantee
All City Appliance Repair stands behind our work with a comprehensive warranty program. We are committed to providing high-quality repair services and ensuring your complete satisfaction with every job we complete.
2. 90-Day Warranty Coverage
All repair work performed by All City Appliance Repair is covered by our 90-day warranty:
- Parts Warranty: All replacement parts are warranted for 90 days from the date of repair
- Labor Warranty: Workmanship and labor are guaranteed for 90 days
- Same Problem Warranty: If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we'll fix it at no additional charge
- Installation Warranty: All installations and part replacements are fully covered
3. Warranty Service Process
Claiming Warranty Service
If you experience issues with a repair we performed within the warranty period:
- Contact us immediately at (401) 737-0090
- Provide your service invoice number and description of the problem
- We'll schedule a service call to diagnose and fix the issue
- No charges for warranty repairs within the coverage period
4. Refund Policy
Service Fees
Due to the nature of repair services, service fees and labor costs are generally non-refundable once work has been completed. However, we may offer refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- If we are unable to complete the agreed repair work
- If our technician recommends replacement rather than repair (pre-approval required)
- In cases where our service falls significantly short of expectations
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
Parts and Materials
Replacement parts may be returnable for a full refund if:
- The part is defective and not functioning properly
- The wrong part was supplied due to our error
- The part is returned in original condition within 14 days
- A replacement part performs better than the original
5. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we want to know. Contact our manager within 48 hours of service completion. We will work to resolve any concerns and ensure your satisfaction. In rare cases where we cannot resolve an issue to your satisfaction, we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
6. Cancellation and Deposit Policy
Appointment Cancellation
No charge: Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled appointment
Partial charge: Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 service trip charge
Deposit Refunds
Deposits for parts or extensive repairs are fully refundable if:
- We cannot obtain the required parts
- The repair proves impossible or unsafe
- You cancel before work begins
- We determine the appliance is beyond economical repair
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to original payment method
- Cash Payments: Refunded by check or cash (customer preference)
- Check Payments: Refunded by check within 5-7 business days
8. Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of components
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or accident
- Issues arising from improper installation by others
- Pre-existing problems not identified during initial diagnosis
- Damage from power surges, electrical issues, or water damage
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
9. Extended Warranties
For certain repairs, we may offer extended warranty options at an additional cost. Extended warranties can provide coverage for up to 12 months and include priority service and additional parts coverage. Ask about extended warranty options when scheduling your repair.
